Ingredients

 Escarole1⁄2 Pound (Tender)
 Chicory1⁄2 Pound (Tender)
 Spinach leaves1⁄2 Pound (Stems Removed)
 Chinese cabbage1⁄2 Pound, cut in 1-inch pieces
 Endives2 , sliced lengthwise
 Ripe avocado1 , peeled and cut into thin slices
 Cooked green peas1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Green pepper1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
 Herbed french dressing1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Wash greens well; pat-dry.
Tear or cut into small pieces.
Place ingredients in large salad bowl.
Just before serving, pour Herbed French Dressing over greens; toss lightly.
