Ever Ready Pie Dough Recipe

Ingredients
4 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
1 cup butter, divided
1/2 to 3/4 cup ice water
Directions
Place half of flour and 1/2 cup butter, cut into chunks, into a food processor.
Blend until fine crumbs form.
Add ice water, a few drops at a time, through feed tube, blending until dough is moist enough to form a ball.
Remove and process remaining ingredients in the same way.
Divide each batch in half, and roll each into a ball.
Wrap in plastic wrap and then foil.
Refrigerate for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 2 months.
