Directions
1.Take half a can of vanilla ice cream out of the freezer and let it soften for about 10 minutes.
2.Empty vanilla ice cream into a large bowl.
3.Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of expresso and mix well.
4.Transfer back into the container and refreeze.
SERVING
5.Serve topped with chocolate sauce ,nuts ,cherries or any other topping of your choice.
TIP
You can experiment with different flavors like candies,mini marshmallows or fresh fruits.
