Butter and Garlic Escargot Recipe Video

This dish is of french origin, usually served as an appetizer. Sometimes they are served in their own shells packed with garlic, butter, parsley and a side of crusty bread. Here, I stuff it inside the bun and eat like a sandwich. It's up to you how ypu want to enjoy it.

Ingredients

 
1 can snail
 
6 tbsp butter
 
Freshly chopped parsley
 
Ginger salt
 
Black pepper, cracked

Directions

Heat butter in a pan.
When the butter has melted, add a can of snails and let it warm up for few seconds.
Add some garlic salt to the snails. Add lots of freshly chopped parsley. Add 1 tsp of cracked black pepper.
Bake a bun in oven to make it crispy.
Sandwich the cooked snail in the bun.
Take a bite.
