ESCALOPE OF PORK WITH GRAPPA Recipe Video

A very simple Italian dish, but definitely a tasty preparation of pork escalope.

* PORK ESCALOPE €“ 8 PCs.
 
* GRAPPA €“ 8 tbsp. (Typical Italian spirit mostly obtained from grape stalks)
 
* BUTTER €“ 2 tbsp.
 
* SALT
 
* A PINCH OF GROUNDED BLACK PEPPER
 
* FLOUR €“ 6 tbsp.

Directions

Sprinkle some salt on both sides of your escalope then coat them with the flour, melt the butter in a large non-stick frying pan and roast the escalopes flipping often. Grain all over the black pepper, add the Grappa and simmer until reduced.
