Escalloped Chicken Recipe

| Eggs | 2 Small, slightly beaten | |
| Cream of mushroom soup - 1 can | ||
| Ritz cracker crumbs - 4 cups | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |

MAKING
1. Combine all the ingredients and add to large lightly buttered casserole; sprinkle cracker crumbs on top and bake at 350°F for forty minutes
