English Lamb Chops Recipe

Ingredients
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. corn oil
6 lamb chops
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated cheese
Directions
Combine salt, pepper and oil; marinate chops in mix- ture for 30 minutes.
Combine butter, flour, milk and Worcestershire sauce; place mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth.
Broil chops 4 inches from source of heat for 5 min- utes on one side.
Turn; spread uncooked side with white sauce.
Combine crumbs and cheese; sprinkle over sauce.
Place chops in baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Garnish with parsley.
