English Yorkshire Pudding Recipe

| All purpose flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Shortening | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 , Well beaten | |
| 1/4 c roast drippings or salad oil | ||
Directions
Sift the flour and salt together into a bowl and cut in the shortening.
Add the milk and eggs and beat with electric mixer at high speed for 10 minutes.
Chill thoroughly.
Heat a muffin pan until very hot and pour 1 teaspoon roast drippings into each cup.
Fill each cup 1/2 full with batter.
Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
