Ingredients
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts (peanuts, cashews, pecans, or almonds)
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup honey
Directions
Butter a shallow 8 x 8-inch pan.
Sprinkle nuts evenly on bottom.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Gradually add honey, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
Cook 4 to 7 minutes until mixture turns golden brown.
Pour over nuts in pan and cool slightly.
With a knife, mark into 1-inch squares.
Cool completely and break into pieces along lines.
