Slice the cucumber thinly, skin and slice the tomatoes, slice the radishes.
Leave the onions whole.
Mix the shredded lettuce leaves lightly with some of the cucumber, radishes and salad dressing.
Line a salad bowl with the lettuce leaves.
Pile the mixture in the middle and garnish with small bunches of watercress, sliced tomatoes, radishes, cucumber and hard-boiled egg.
Hand the onions separately or arrange on the salad so that they may be avoided if not liked.
