English Muffin With Date Nut Topping Recipe

| 1/4 cup part-skim ricotta cheese | ||
| 2 tablespoons whipped cream cheese | ||
| Shelled walnuts | 1/2 Ounce, chopped | |
| Pitted dates | 2 , chopped | |
| 1 cinnamon-raisin English muffin (2 ounces), split in half and toasted | ||
| Dash ground cinnamon | ||
Directions
1. In small mixing bowl combine cheeses, mixing well; stir in nuts and dates.
2. Onto each muffin half spread half of the cheese mixture; sprinkle each with cinnamon.
3. Arrange muffin halves on oven tray of toaster-oven and broil or top brown until cheese is heated through, 1 to 2 minutes.
