Directions

GETTING READY
1. Line a baking pan with foil and set aside.

MAKING
2. On prepared baking pan, place a slice of tomato on a muffin half, sprinkle with seasonings and top with cheese.
3. Place under a broiler for two or three minutes or until the cheese is nicely melted.

SERVING
