Endive With Tomatoes Recipe
My wife always makes this Endives With Tomatoes.Endives With Tomatoes is my family's favorite.You should try this!
Ingredients
3 tbsp (45 ml) butter
1 tbsp (15 ml) onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 tbsp (15 ml) pine nuts
1 cup (250 ml) endives, finely sliced
1/2 cup (125 ml) tomatoes, diced
2 tbsp (30 ml) chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
Directions
– In a skillet, melt butter and saute but do not brown onion and garlic.
– Add pine nuts, endives and tomatoes and saute mixture for 3 minutes.
– Add chopped parsley, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
