Endives Au Gratin Recipe
Ingredients
| Pearl onions | 2 , chopped | |
| Melted butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Mushrooms | 1 pound | |
| Endives | 3 Can (10oz) | |
| 1 cup Bechamel Sauce | ||
| Swiss Cheese | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Parmesan cheese | 3 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Brown onions in 1 tablespoon melted butter.
Add mushrooms.
Cook until liquid evaporates.
Add salt and pepper.
Brown endives in remaining 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
Lay mushrooms and onions in baking dish.
Top with endives.
Cover with Bechamel Sauce.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Brown in hot (4500) oven.
Add mushrooms.
