Endive-Escarole Salad Recipe
Over the years I have mastered the art of making Endive-escarole Salad which I was taught by my family elders. The Endive-escarole Salad is made with Vegetable which is easy to procure from any grocery store. Even though Endive-escarole Salad is a Side Dish I relish it any time of the day. Ingredients
1/4 head endive
1/4 head escarole
1 clove of garlic, cut
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. safflower oil
1 tbsp. minced onions
1/2 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
Directions
Slice endive and escarole finely.
Rub salad bowl with garlic; arrange greens in bowl.
Combine vinegar, oil, onions, honey, salt and pepper; mix well.
Pour over salad greens; toss well.
Serve immediately.
