Endive and Roquefort Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| White bread slice | 4 | |
| Frying Oil | 4 Tablespoon (For frying) | |
| Curly endive or frise -1 | ||
| Radicchio -2 heads | ||
| Roquefort | 125 Gram | |
| French dressing | 125 Milliliter | |
| Mayonnaise | 2 Tablespoon (FOR THE GARLIC MAYONNAISE:) | |
| Garlic -1 small clove, crushed | ||
| Basil | 1 Teaspoon, chopped (FOR THE GARLIC MAYONNAISE:) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine all ingredients to prepare the garlic mayonnaise.
2) Use a heart shape cutter to cut the bread.
3) In a pan, heat oil and add the bread. Fry till golden brown, then drain on a paper towel.
4) Tear the endive into pieces and separate the radicchio into leaves.
5) Add in a bowl and stir in the cheese and dressing.
6) Spoon onto a serving plate.
SERVING
7) Spread mayonnaise over the croutons and arrange around the edge of the salad.
