Ingredients

 White bread slice4
 Frying Oil4 Tablespoon (For frying)
 Curly endive or frise -1
 Radicchio -2 heads
 Roquefort125 Gram
 French dressing125 Milliliter
 Mayonnaise2 Tablespoon (FOR THE GARLIC MAYONNAISE:)
 Garlic -1 small clove, crushed
 Basil1 Teaspoon, chopped (FOR THE GARLIC MAYONNAISE:)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine all ingredients to prepare the garlic mayonnaise.
2) Use a heart shape cutter to cut the bread.
3) In a pan, heat oil and add the bread. Fry till golden brown, then drain on a paper towel.
4) Tear the endive into pieces and separate the radicchio into leaves.
5) Add in a bowl and stir in the cheese and dressing.
6) Spoon onto a serving plate.

SERVING
7) Spread mayonnaise over the croutons and arrange around the edge of the salad.
