Enchiladas with Chilies and Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
| Tortillas | 12 | |
| Vegetable oil | ||
| 3 cups red chile sauce | ||
| 3 cups shredded Jack cheese | ||
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Green chilies | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Sour cream | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Quickly fry the tortillas in the oil.
Drain on paper towels.
Dip each into the sauce.
Using 2 cups of the cheese, sprinkle some down the center of each, top with chopped onion and chilies cut into strips.
Roll up and place in baking dish.
Spoon sauce over top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
Tbp with sour cream.
