Enchilada Squares Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Diced green chilies | 4 Ounce, drained | |
| Eggs | 4 standard | |
| Tomato sauce | 8 Ounce | |
| Can | 1/3 Ounce | |
| Chili powder envelope | 1 | |
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Black olives | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced |
Directions
Brown beef and onion, drain.
Spread meat mixture in lightly buttered 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle diced green chilies over meat mixtures.
Beat eggs, tomato sauce, evaporated milk, enchilada sauce.
Sprinkle sliced black olives over top.
If desired, sprinkle 2 cups corn chips over top.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until set.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 more minutes.
Let set 10 minutes before cutting.
