Enchilada Relish Recipe
This enchilada relish is a simple and super easy relish. Prepared with canned jalapeno peppers and finely chopped veggies flavored with tomato juice and seasoned to taste, the enchilada relish is best chilled for a peppy flavor to it.
Ingredients
| Tomato | 1 Large, finely chopped | |
| Onion | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Canned jalapeno peppers | 2 Can (20 oz), seeded and chopped | |
| Tomato juice | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon |
Directions
Combine all ingredients; stir well.
