Emerald Salad Mould Recipe
Ingredients
1 3-oz. package lime gelatin
1 9-oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. creamy cottage cheese
1/2 c. whipped cream
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tbsp. Horseradish
Directions
"Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
Drain pine- apple; reserve juice.
Add reserved juice to gelatin mixture; chill until partially set.
Beat until frothy; fold in remaining ingredients.
Chill until firm."
