Emerald Salad Mould Recipe
Emerald Salad Mold was my family cook's signature dish, now that he's gone I have taken up the task of preparing it for the family. It is a great Side Dish. It is always prepared with Vegetable as the most essential ingredient. I cant believe you still haven't attempted to prepare my Emerald Salad Mold recipe.

Ingredients
1 3-oz. package lime gelatin
1 9-oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. creamy cottage cheese
1/2 c. whipped cream
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tbsp. Horseradish
Directions
"Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
Drain pine- apple; reserve juice.
Add reserved juice to gelatin mixture; chill until partially set.
Beat until frothy; fold in remaining ingredients.
Chill until firm."
