Emerald Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| Salad oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/3 cup salad vinegar | ||
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Confectioner’s sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Dash to 1/2 teaspoon red pepper | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients in jar or blender.
Cover and set aside 1 hour.
Shake 5 minutes or blend thoroughly before serving.
