Ingredients
1 package semi sweet chocolate pieces
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup very finely chopped walnuts
1 cup orange juice
Chocolate decorating sprinkles
3 tablespoons light rum
1 package chocolate wafer cookies, crushed
Directions
Melt chocolate pieces in top of double boiler over simmering water; remove from heat.
Blend in orange juice and rum; stir in chocolate cookie crumbs, confectioners' sugar and nuts until well mixed.
Cover; chill in refrigerator about 2 hours, or until mixture is stiff enough to handle.
Roll dough, a rounded teaspoonful at a time, into balls between palms of hands.
Roll balls in chocolate sprinkles to coat generously, pressing firmly as you roll.
Place on tray.
Cover with aluminum foil; chill several hours or overnight.
Store between layers of wax paper in metal tin with tight fitting lid.
