| Grenadine syrup | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Hot water | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Bread stuffing mix | 5 Ounce (1/2 Package) | |

| Crushed pineapple | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained | |
| Chopped walnuts | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) |

Directions
Stuff; tie legs together close to body with string.
Mix next 4 ingredients, reserving half for basting.
Spread half over hens.
Place on a large platter; cook in Radarange oven, breast side down for 15 minutes.
Turn hens breast side up, baste them.
Turn dish 180°, cook 15 minutes more.
Remove from oven, let stand, insert meat thermometer.
Cover hens with foil to keep warm for about 8 minutes before serving.
Temperature should read 185°.
Combine all ingredients, mix well.
