Elderberry Pie Recipe
My dad's favorite Elderberry pie. This is a Classic Elderberry pie with a double crust and a dash of lemon juice.

| Elderberries | 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Chocolate syrup | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vanilla ice cream scoop | 2 |
Directions
Mix elderberries, sugar, salt and lemon juice. Sprinkle with flour and dot
with butter. Put in an 8" pie crust and cover with another crust. Bake at
350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream & chocolate syrup
