Ingredients

Directions
GETTING READY
1) With a fork, strip the berries from the stalks. Place them in a large thermos flask and pour wine vinegar all over. Allow to steep overnight.
MAKING
2) The next day, strain off all the liquid and boil in a stainless steel pan alongwith the rest of the ingredients. Cook for about 15 minutes.
3) Bottle the mixture in a sterilized container. Leave for at least a month prior to using.

4) Serve or use as required.
