 Whole wheat flour1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
 Baking powder2 Teaspoon
 Granulated Sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 1/2 cups elderberry blossoms, stems removed
 Margarine2 Tablespoon, melted
 Egg1 , beaten
 Milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Orange juice1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Sift flour, baking powder and sugar together.
Stir in blossoms.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until just moistened.
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake 400°F.for 25 minutes.
