Elder Blossom Muffins Recipe
Ingredients

| Granulated Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 1/2 cups elderberry blossoms, stems removed | ||
| Margarine | 2 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Sift flour, baking powder and sugar together.
Stir in blossoms.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until just moistened.
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake 400°F.for 25 minutes.
