Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a large saucer take all the ingredients for marinade, whisk well.
2. Marinate beef steaks in the marinade. Keep in the freezer for 120 minutes.
3. Beat the egg and sprinkle oregano, keep the mixture aside.
4. In the flour add in complete seasoning, set aside.

MAKING
5. Coat marinated beef steak slices with flour.
6. Dip beef steaks in the egg mixture, coat evenly with bread crumbs.
7. In a skillet heat oil and shallow fry the beef steaks, changing the side.

SERVING
8. Serve Empanizado-Breaded Beef Steak with rice, red kidney beans and plantain.
