El Amor De Oro Margarita Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lemon or lime wedge | ||
| 1 1/4 ounces Centinela 100 Percent Blue Agave Tres Anos tequila | ||
| Cointreau | 3/4 Ounce (Saucer of kosher salt, about 1/2 inch deep) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 1/2 Ounce, squeezed (Saucer of kosher salt, about 1/2 inch deep) | |
Directions
Rub the lemon or lime wedge around the rim of a margarita glass.
Dip the rim of the glass into the saucer of salt and rotate it until the salt has collected on the glass.
Pour the tequila, Cointreau and juice into a 16-ounce cocktail shaker glass full of ice.
Place a stainless-steel cocktail shaker over the glass and shake it vigorously for about 5 seconds.
Pour the drink into the salted glass and serve immediately.
Makes 1 margarita.
