Ingredients

 
Barley buckwheat corn millet oats rice rye wheat
 
1/4 cup barley flour
 
1/4 cup buckwheat flour
 
1/4 cup corn flour
 
1/4 cup millet flour
 
1/4 cup oat flour
 
1/4 cup rice flour
 
1/4 cup rye flour
 
1/4 cup wheat flour
 
3 teaspoons baking powder
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
3 eggs
 
1 cup milk
 
2 tablespoons oil
 
3 tablespoons honey

Directions

Combine the flours, baking powder, and salt in Bosch bowl.
Separate the eggs, reserving whites.
Combine the yolks, milk, oil, and honey in Bosch blender bowl.
Add to the dry ingredients, and stir only until mixed.
Whip egg whites until stiff.
Fold into other ingredients.
Fill wellgreased muffin tins twothirds full, and bake in a 350° F. oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Note: If all of the variety flours are not available, proportions of the other flours may be increased.
