Directions

MAKING:
1)Steam the rice and set aside.
2)In a bowl combine natto along with soy sauce and shichimi and mix well.
3)Place a sushi rolling mat on the bottom or a cloth. On top place the plastic wrap and the seaweed sheet placed shiny side down.
4)Place a cup of cooked rice on the sea weed and layer it with the mixed natto and roll into a tight sushi roll.

SERVING:
5)Cut into slices or eat as a whole and enjoy!
