Ingredients
a can of fava beans mix with chic peas, or fava beans alone
onion
lemon juice
tomato
tomato paste
tomato sauce
salt
pepper
cumin
red hot chilly pepper
pita bread for dipping
Directions
In a large frying pan, saute the onion in hot oil,stir in the tomato,ground cumin, red chilli pepper; blend well. Further add the tomato paste and the sauce, keep stirring until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan. Lastly, add the chick peas, mash them in the mixture lightly and sprinkle a little lemon juice. Scramble few boiled eggs over the beans and eat with the pita bread.

Egyptian Beans Fuul looks like a winner to me! Could you please mention the ingredients for this classic Mediterranean recipe? I think this Egyptian Bean Fuul will go great as sandwich fillings.
