Egyptian Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1 onion
1 capsicum
2 tomatoes
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 cucumber
2 tablespoons salad oil
Coriander leaves, chopped fine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Cut the tomatoes, cucumber and onion into thin rounds.
Remove the seeds from the capsicum and cut it into fine strips.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a wooden spoon.
If possible chill the salad before serving.
