Eggs with Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients

| Tomatoes | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Eggs | 6 Small | |

Directions
GETTING READY
1.Start by cutting the onion into small pieces
MAKING
2.In a shallow pan, place the onions and tomatoes
3.Now stew slowly for 10 minutes
4.Add salt and pepper, then reduce the heat until the tomato stops bubbling
5.Now break the eggs and slip them on top of the tomato
6.Make sure not to break the yolks
7.Now cook slowly until the whites of the eggs are set
8.Then prick the yolks and let them mingle with the tomato and the whites
9.The mixture should be quite soft, but the red tomatoes should be quite distinct

10.Serve with salads or bread
