Eggs In Toast Cups Recipe
Ingredients
| Bread slices | 6 | |
| Butter | 1 (as required) | |
| Eggs | 6 | |
| Salt and pepper | 1 |
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Trim crusts from bread; brush both sides of bread with melted butter.
Fit into custard cups or large muffin tins.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Break eggs into toast cups.
Season with salt and pepper; dot with butter.
Cover with foil.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until eggs are set.
Loosen toast from sides of cups with spatula.
Serve hot.
