Eggs in Cream with Bacon Curls Recipe

| Butter margarine | 1 Tablespoon (or 2 cup heavy cream) | |
| Salt and pepper | , fried (1 recipe bacon curls) |
Directions
Butter shallow baking dish generously.
Break eggs into dish, dot with butter, pour cream over eggs and bake at 350 °F. until eggs are barely set,about 15 minutes.
Garnish with crisply fried bacon curls.
