Eggs Foo Yong Recipe
In my opinion to call yourself a chef one must have personal recipe of Eggs Foo Yong, just like I do. I prefer to make Eggs Foo Yong as a Breakfast for all my family get-togethers. Ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup thinly sliced scallions
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 cup diced cooked shrimp or pork
6 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions
Heat oil in wok or frypan.
Add scallions, celery, and garlic; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove garlic; discard.
Add shrimp; stir-fry until shrimp are lightly browned.
Beat eggs with salt, pepper, and soy sauce until frothy.
Add to shrimp mixture; stir until blended.
Cook over low heat until eggs set.
Fold over; slide onto serving plate.
