 4 English muffin halves, buttered and toasted
 4 thin slices cooked ham, heated
 Eggs4 Small, poached
 Hollandaise Sauce

Directions

Top each toasted English muffin with a ham slice.
Place one poached egg on each ham slice.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spoon Hollandaise Sauce over each serving
