Canadian Eggs Benedict Recipe

Ingredients
| 4 English muffin halves, buttered and toasted | ||
| 4 thin slices cooked ham, heated | ||
| Eggs | 4 Small, poached | |
| Hollandaise Sauce | ||
Directions
Top each toasted English muffin with a ham slice.
Place one poached egg on each ham slice.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spoon Hollandaise Sauce over each serving
