Eggs Benedict For Two Recipe
Ingredients
| English muffins | 2 , split and toasted | |
| Boiled ham slices | 4 (0.25 Inch Thick) | |
| Poached eggs | 4 | |
| Hollandaise sauce | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) |
Directions
Place muffin halves on a paper towel-lined microproof plate.
Top each muffin half with 1 slice ham.
Cook uncovered, two at a time, on 60, 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, or until ham is hot.
Top each with poached egg.
Cover with Hollandaise sauce, and serve immediately
