 English muffins2 , split and toasted
 Boiled ham slices4 (0.25 Inch Thick)
 Poached eggs4
 Hollandaise sauce3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)

Directions

Place muffin halves on a paper towel-lined microproof plate.
Top each muffin half with 1 slice ham.
Cook uncovered, two at a time, on 60, 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, or until ham is hot.
Top each with poached egg.
Cover with Hollandaise sauce, and serve immediately
