Ingredients

| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 12 hard cooked eggs, cut lengthwise into fourths | ||
| 1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup | ||
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 jar diced pimiento, drained | ||
| Snipped parsley | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 3/4 teaspoon snipped fresh basil leaves or 1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves | ||
| Onion powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 3 drops red pepper sauce | ||
| 1 cup crushed corn chips or potato chips | ||
Directions
Rinse broccoli in cold water to separate; drain.
Spread broccoli in rectangular microwavable dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches or 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inches; sprinkle with salt.
Arrange eggs cut sides up on broccoli.
Mix remaining ingredients except corn chips in 4 cup microwavable measure, stirring until smooth.
Microwave uncovered on high stirring after 2 minutes, until hot and bubbly, 3 1/2 to 5 minutes.
Pour over eggs.
Cover tightly and microwave 4 minutes.
Sprinkle with chips and rotate dish 1/2 turn.
Microwave until hot and bubbly, 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes longer.
