Eggs A La Duchesse Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion fat- 1 | ||
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 6 | |
| Yolks | 2 | |
| Parsley | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Cheese | 4 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Paprika- as required | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Start by slicing the onions
MAKING
2.In a pan, cook the onion in very little fat until brown
3.Now add milk and eggs cut in halves
4.Stir over the fire for 3-4 minutes
5.Add the slightly beaten egg yolks, the parsley, cheese and seasonings
6.Stir over hot water for 8 minutes,
7.And finally add the lemon juice
SERVING
8.Serve with a sauce of your choice or with salads
