Eggs with Gruyere Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 6 Small, beaten | |
| Gruyere cheese | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Fresh chives - 2 tbsp. finely cut | ||
| Dry white wine | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bread crumbs - 4 tbsp., fried OR small croutons | ||
Directions
MAKING
1.In a saucepan, add cheese, butter, salt, pepper, parsley, chives and wine.
2.Heat the ingredients on low flame until the cheese melts.
3.Put eggs and stir the mixture on low flame until creamy and thick.
SERVING
4.Serve immediately with garnishing of bread crumbs or croutons.
