Ingredients

 Eggs6 Small, beaten
 Gruyere cheese1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Salt1 To taste
 Pepper To Taste
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Fresh chives - 2 tbsp. finely cut
 Dry white wine2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Bread crumbs - 4 tbsp., fried OR small croutons

Directions

MAKING
1.In a saucepan, add cheese, butter, salt, pepper, parsley, chives and wine.
2.Heat the ingredients on low flame until the cheese melts.
3.Put eggs and stir the mixture on low flame until creamy and thick.

SERVING
4.Serve immediately with garnishing of bread crumbs or croutons.
