Eggs Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients
6 tablespoons olive oil or salad oil
3 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 small clove garlic, cut in half
1 tablespoon each minced gherkin, parsley, green pepper, chives
12 hard cooked eggs
Directions
Combine oil with vinegar, salt, garlic, gherkin, parsley, green pepper, and chives; refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
Remove the garlic and beat until thick.
Just before serving cut the hard cooked eggs in half lengthwise, and arrange on serving dish.
Pour over the vinaigrette sauce.
