1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 small can (2/3 cup) evaporated milk
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded pasteurized process American cheese
4 eggs, hard cooked and cut in pieces

Directions
1. Put mushrooms and butter into a 1-quart glass measuring pitcher. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 2 minutes at High; stir once.
2. Pour evaporated milk into a 1 1/2-quart glass casserole. Heat in microwave oven 1 1/2 minutes at High. Add cheese, egg pieces and cooked mushrooms; stir. Heat uncovered to serving temperature (about 4 minutes at Medium-High); stir every 2 minutes.
