Eggs Jambalaya Recipe
Ingredients
| Garlic, to taste | ||
| Onions, to taste | ||
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Rice (cooked) | ||
| Eggs | ||
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Use your leftover rice with amount of eggs you want.
In olive oil, saute onions and mushrooms in a large frying pan.
Add garlic.
Beat eggs with soy sauce and pour over onions.
Add rice and cook, stirring until eggs are done as you like them.
