Eggs in Cheese Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Condensed cream of mushroom soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Milk - 1/3 to 1/2 cup | ||
| Sharp cheddar cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Hard-cooked eggs - 4, sliced | ||

| Parsley - chopped, if desired | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a large pan, combine the soup, milk and cheese till well mixed
2. Place the pan over low heat till the cheese melts and stir often
3. Add the eggs to the pan and mix well
SERVING
4. Serve over toast, rice or asparagus garnished with parsley
