Eggs Hussarde Recipe
Ingredients
6 Holland Rusks
6 slices grilled ham or Canadian bacon
1 cup Marchand du Vin sauce
6 slices grilled fresh tomato
6 soft-cooked poached eggs
1-2 cups Hollandaise sauce
Directions
On a Holland Rusk base, place a slice of ham.
Top with Marchand du Vin sauce.
Next place a slice of tomato and top it with 1 poached egg.
Cover with Hollandaise sauce
