Simple Eggs Goldenrod Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 hard-cooked eggs | ||
| 2 cups Medium White Sauce | ||
| Catsup | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Hot buttered slice | 6 | |
Directions
1. Cut eggs lengthwise and remove yolks. Chop the whites and heat them in the White Sauce 2 or 3 minutes.
2. Add catsup, mix and spoon this over the toast.
3. Sieve the egg yolks and sprinkle over the creamed egg mixture.
