 Frozen chopped spinach4 Ounce (100 Gram Packet)
 Cornflour1 Teaspoon
 Milk1 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste
 Eggs2 , poached
 Cheese sauce1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter)
 Cheese1 Ounce, grated (25 Gram)
 Toasted triangle2 (For Garnishing)


Cook the spinach according to the directions on the packet.
Dissolve the cornflour in the milk and add to the spinach with salt and pepper.
Stir well and pour into a flameproof dish.
Spread out the spinach, then place the eggs on top.
Pour over the sauce and sprinkle with the cheese.
Cook under a preheated grill until the top is golden brown.
