Eggs Florentine Recipe
Ingredients
| Preheat oven to 350°F. | ||
| Spinach | 2 Pound | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Eggs | 6 | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Season spinach with salt to taste.
Put into oiled, 2 quart casserole.
Sprinkle with cheese.
With the back of a spoon, make 6 little wells, evenly spaced, about 1 inch deep, on the surface of the spinach.
Break a raw egg into each well.
Bake in preheated oven until the eggs are set (about 8 minutes).
Season spinach with salt to taste.
