Eggs Dubarry Recipe
Ingredients
| Cauliflower | 250 Milliliter, minced | |
| 375 ml hot Mornay Sauce | ||
| Eggs | 8 | |
| 8-7.5 cm blind baked tart shells | ||
| 250 ml grated medium cheddar | ||
Directions
Steam the cauliflower until very tender.
Stir the cauliflower into the mornay sauce.
Poach the eggs.
Place an egg in each tart shell and smother with sauce.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Place on a baking sheet.
Broil in a preheated oven until cheese melts.
Serve very hot.
